Refunds

Once we have received the returned product(s), we will contact you regarding eligibility for a refund. In the case that you are eligible, your refund will automatically be sent to the credit card that you used for payments. Please be aware that the refund process may take time depending on the credit card or bank.

Additional shipping fees will be assessed for the following situations:

・The package could not be delivered due to an extended absence from home, and you were unable to pick up your package from the delivery company in a timely manner.
・The package could not be delivered because someone refused the package at time of delivery.

Refund policy

Please contact us within 7 days of your package arriving to inquire about returns.
In the case of an accident during the shipping process, shipping insurance will cover any associated fees and costs.

Items must be in their original packaging and unopened with the tags still attached to be eligible for a return. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to begin the return process, please contact order@ first. Kaneju Farm will not accept returns otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

In the case your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please complete the return process first (listed above) and then buy the product again from our website for the easiest and most expedient process.
